I thought it would be a good way to speed up my workflow.. but I can assure you now that it's not a good option. the text effects depend highly on the font.. a lot of which don't work at all.. or mess up your position. if you buy it for a month and ever want to update your site.. you have to buy it again. the effects aren't event that good. it's expensive.. it uses an outdated version of TweenMax. so you can't use the new tweenmax in your project unless you update flash eff as well.. hence.. pay them again... it's garbage.. save yourself the trouble.
