I used to have CS2, so I am fumbling through the non-documentation of the AS3 methods and metaphors. Concerning the resizing of components, I created a rectangle and converted it to a movieclip. Double clicked on that, placed a text field inside of that. Two questions: 1) When I resize the movieclip, the text box autoresizes to be larger than the movie clip and overflows the boundaries of the movieclip. Is this a bug? 2) How do I prevent the text box from resizing at all. I don't want the text to be huge, I just want more text to be displayed within the text box. Thanks. James,
