You need to make this a little more explicit. I was completely lost on some things you were trying to explain like the whole shadow step where to transform it etc… I was completely lost. This is a great tutorial without a doubt but you could explain a tad bit more. But a video tutorial would be even better so if you could pull that off I’m sure you’d have a lot of happy people making planets.
Really like this tutorial until you get to the shading, it feels like you left out a major part about making the shadow layer. Also, I’m doing this in CS4 and my planet isn’t turning out anything like it looks on here.
